1. Where can I pick up my order?

2. Shipping & Returns

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive alcholic beverage. By placing your order you have represented to 20 West Wine that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age; you must provide a valid ID at the time of delivery.

We currently only offer one shipping option:

Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, 20 West Wine is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Please also note that for some craft beers, availability is very limited and we may not be able to fulfill your order.  Additionally, on some wine orders we may have to do a vintage swap.  In both of these cases, we will notify you before shipping out the rest of your order.  Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. We cannot ship to the following states:

3. Damaged Items:

Please note that we do our very best to pack everything.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for what happens during transit.  We have spoken with Fedex/UPS about this issue and they cannot guarantee that our shipments will be safe either.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items:

Although the occasion is rare, if we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you! If you received products you did not order, or if you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you with a replacement order. In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, we may also require you to hold on to those items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. 5. Reshipping - What happens when your shipment is returned to our warehouse?

Please note that when an order is returned to our warehouse, it is usually due to the fact that there were multiple miss attempts to deliver your order. Please contact us and we will assist you with the reshipment arrangements.  Please note that we will charge our standard rate to cover the costs of reshipping in this instance.

6. Dissatisfaction with Product(s)

At 20 West Wine, we will be happy to refund on product(s) that you've found to your dislike less shipping/reshipping costs and handling charges. 

7. What are your hours of operation? 

Our Retail Store is open 11-9 Mon-Thur, 11-10 Fri & Sat, and 11-7 on Sundays. 

8. Are the prices the same online and in store? 

Yes, pricing in the store is the same as online.

9. What is vintage sub? 

Vintage Substitution may occur when you place an order and we do not have the vintage shown. Instead, we can give you the same product with a different vintage. Before this happens, we will immediately contact you and ask your preference on whether or not you would like a vintage substitution.

10. How long will it take me to get my order? 

Delivery times vary from state to state. A tracking number will be provided at the completion of your order.
